Wrote this song about my inability to express my frustrations. Often times I let things go and don't speak my mind when I am upset or feeling strongly about something. Not speaking your truth can be more harmful than not, all these emotions that boil inside of yourself can end up causing you and others more damage in the long run. I want this song to be a message to myself and to others that our feelings are valid and that we should not be afraid to speak our minds! Sometimes it can feel that our feelings or thoughts are not important, but if only we were somebody else, then they might be.. Don't be afraid, you are a human being and you are worthy!
